I've been waiting for this Osaka-based group to put their music on Jindies.com for a long time. And now they are finally here!. EEE, pronounced "Triple E" have nine single MP3s up. They are all great. And not only that, they are all free! (For now that is.)

My favorites tunes are "Love Attraction", "Kusei ni", and "Jelly Beans".
The sexy, smooth and syrupy, lead female voice on "Kusei-ni" melts my heart! She's like a Japanese version of Anita Baker.

Last night I had the great fortune to see the Darryl Beaton Band at a small "live house" - Planet K in Kichijoji. And unbelivably, the cover was only 2000 yen.

This Australian band blew my mind and their performance sucked the energy right out of me. Definitely one of the hottest bands I've seen in my life.

Check this band out while you can still get up close because I got the feeling that the next time they come to Tokyo, you'll be sitting in the back of the Budokan, or paying 20,000 yen at the Blue Note.
